The Comunità Montana Titerno e Alto Tammaro is an association of seventeen municipalities in the Italian province of Benevento in the Campania region .
The area of the Comunità Montana Titerno e Alto Tammaro includes the communities around the River Tammaro , the Valle Telesina , the Matese massif and has an area of 340 km².
The municipal councils of the participating municipalities each send one member to the seventeen-member council of the Comunità.
