The municipality is located about 40 km north of the provincial capital Benevento . The neighboring municipalities are Cercemaggiore ( CB ), Circello , Colle Sannita , Riccia ( CB ) and Santa Croce del Sannio . The districts are Monticelli, Nardillo al Bosco, Paoloni, Ripa Piana, Riporta, Scarcioni and Tufarelli.
