Airola is a municipality in Italy in the Campania region in the Benevento province with 8204 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).
geography
The municipality is located in the Caudina Valley at the foot of Mount Taburno . The neighboring municipalities are Arpaia , Bonea , Bucciano , Forchia , Moiano , Paolisi and Rotondi ( AV ).
economy
The community lives mainly in agriculture from the cultivation of olives, wine and fruits. The textile and wood industries are also located here.
