Dugenta is an Italian commune ( comune ) with 2,751 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Benevento in Campania . The municipality is located about 28 kilometers west of Benevento and about 12 kilometers northeast of Caserta and borders directly on the province of Caserta . The northern border of the municipality forms the Volturno , the eastern border of the Isclero .
