Connie Gilchrist
Rose Constance "Connie" Gilchrist (born February 2, 1901 in Brooklyn , Chicago , † March 3, 1985 in Santa Fe , New Mexico ) was an American actress .
Life
Rose Constance Gilchrist was born the daughter of actress Martha Daniels. At the age of 16 she made her theater debut in London . She then played theater in the United States for several years. From the mid-1930s she played on Broadway . In 1939 she signed a film contract with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer , which ran for ten years. During this time she made films like The Last Bandit , Music for Millions and Act of Violence .
Gilchrist married Edward O'Hanlon in 1922, with whom they had a child.
