Conny Morin

Conny Morin (born September 18, 1958 in Munich ) is a German singer , lyricist and presenter .

biography

Conny Morin was a member of the Lentinger school and youth choir during her school days. After completing secondary school, she trained as a photographer and then worked as a portrait photographer in Munich. After training in dance and singing , she was discovered by the music producer Werner Rygol in a talent competition . From 1979 Morin was successful as a German-speaking singer in the fields of Schlager and Pop . There were numerous appearances on German television .

Morin's song No Girl for the Weekend entered the German airplay charts in June 1980 and reached number 19. Johnny loves Jenny (1981, number 46) and I just want to be with you (1982, number 29) were airplay hits . For personal reasons she ended her singing career in 1985.

Morin has been working as a presenter at gala events since 1990. She also writes texts for former singing colleagues and publishes poems on CD.
