Constantin Tudosie

Constantin Tudosie (born March 25, 1950 in Leu , Dolj district ) is a former Romanian handball player on the left wing position. He was world champion in 1974 and won two Olympic medals.

Tudosie played at Universitatea Cluj and Steaua Bucharest . In 1972 he took part in the Olympic premiere of indoor handball at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich , he appeared in three games and scored three goals; the Romanian team won the bronze medal. Two years later, at the 1974 World Cup in the GDR, Tudosie won the world title against the home team. At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal , Tudosie and the Romanian team reached the Olympic final against the Soviet team, but lost clearly at 15:19; Tudosie appeared in five games in which he scored four goals. Tudosie played a total of 76 international matches in which he scored 147 goals.

After his career, Tudosie worked as a coach, including at TV Emsdetten .
