The Cook Peak is a rocky mountain in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . In the Queen Maud Mountains, it rises 7 km west of Feeney Peak from the west face of the Goodale Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1967 after David L. Cook, logistics assistant to the winter team at McMurdo Station in 1965 .
