The Goodale Glacier is a glacier on the Dufek Coast of the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It flows from Mount Goodale and Mount Armstrong in the Queen Maud Mountains in a northerly direction along the western flank of the Medina Peaks and flows into the Ross Ice Shelf .
It was discovered and mapped by participants in the first Antarctic expedition (1928–1930) of the US polar explorer Richard Evelyn Byrd . Byrd named the glacier in connection with Mount Goodale after Edward Evans Goodale (1903-1989), a participant in Byrd's expedition.
