Mount Armstrong is an Antarctic mountain of 2,330 meters in the Queen Maud Mountains . It rises about 8 km south-southeast of Mount Goodale in the Hays Mountains .
The area was mapped by the United States Geological Survey and using aerial photographs by the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the mountain after Thomas B. Armstrong, representative of the United States Antarctic Research Program at Palmer Station between 1966 and 1967.
