Corinna Mieth
Corinna Mieth (* 1972 in Reutlingen ) is a German philosopher .
Life
From 1992 to 1999 she studied philosophy and NDL (modern German literature) in Tübingen (April 1999: Magister Artium (MA) at the University of Tübingen ). After completing her doctorate in 2002 at the University of Tübingen, she was a research assistant to Christoph Horn at the Philosophical Department of the University of Bonn from 2003 to 2010 . After completing her habilitation in Bonn in 2009 , she has been Professor of Practical Philosophy at the Ruhr University Bochum since 2010 .
Her main research interests are positive duties, human rights, human dignity, global justice, dilemma cases in legal philosophy, utopias and ethics and aesthetics.
