Corrodi
Corrodi (also Corradi , Coradi or Korrodi ) is a family name that originally comes from the canton of Thurgau . The earliest mention of a family from Zurich with this name concerns a Jagli Corader who moved from Oberneunforn to Weiach between 1560 and 1565 . In 1627 a grandson of Jagli acquired the citizenship of the city of Zurich.
As a result, the Corrodi became an important citizen of Zurich. For a century from 1660 onwards you held the postal service between Chur and Zurich. In the 18th century in particular, many Corrodi embarked on artistic careers.
