The Costa de las Grutas ( Spanish for Coast of the Grottoes ) is a stretch of coast in the south of Trinity Island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is east of the entrance to Mikkelsen Harbor and borders Orléans Street .

Chilean scientists named them after the numerous grottoes located here .
