The Cotmeana is a left tributary of the Vedea , which in turn forms a left tributary of the Danube , in the Argeș district in Romania .

geography

The Cotmeana rises in the foothills of the Southern Carpathians south of the village of Cotmeana (Argeș) . It flows in a southerly direction roughly parallel to the Vedița running west of it and flows into the Vedea after a more than 80 km long run south of Bârla (Argeş) near the village of Badeşti.
