Craig Branch
Craig Branch (born February 11, 1977 in Sydney ) is an Australian ski racer . He specializes in the fast downhill and super-G disciplines.
Branch contested his first World Cup race in January 1999. He has been at the start regularly since the 2000/01 season . After not being placed in the top 30 for years, he finished 27th on the downhill run in Val Gardena in 2007 and thus achieved the World Cup points.
Craig Branch also competed in the 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics , as well as the 1999 , 2001 , 2003 and 2005 World Ski Championships . The best result was a 14th place in the combination of St. Anton 2001. He was also the 2003 Australian champion in giant slalom .
