The Crame Col is an approximately 175 m high pass on the northern tip of the Antarctic James Ross Island . It runs in a northeast-southwest direction between Bibby Point and the Lachman Crags .
The British Antarctic Survey carried out geological studies between 1981 and 1983. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the pass in 1984 after the geologist James Alistair Crame (* 1949), who accompanied the geological investigations between 1981 and 1982.
