The Croker River is a river in the polar region to the west of the Kitikmeot Region of the Nunavut Territory, Canada .

It is the largest river between Darnley Bay (in the Northwest Territories ) and the Coronation Gulf , which flows into the Amundsen Gulf . The average width of the river is 55 m.

The Croker River has its origin in Bluenose Lake . From there it flows north. It flows through a dolomite gorge 8 km from the sea coast . It eventually reaches its triangular estuary delta 15 miles east of Clifton Point .

The Croker River was named after John Wilson Croker , who was Secretary to the Admiralty .

Croker River (PIN 1BG) is a former location of the Distant Early Warning Line and a current location of a North Warning System facility.
