The Crown Mountain is a 3,830  m high mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises 6 km east-northeast of Mount Kristensen on the west side of the Nilsen Plateau in the Queen Maud Mountains .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy in the years from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names renamed it in 1967 after the publication of its summit, which as one to crown ( English crown ) from the icy Nilsen Plateau stands out.
