Cruzeiro is a southern suburb of the city of Trindade in the Mé-Zóchi district on the island of São Tomé in the island state of São Tomé and Príncipe . In 2012 there were 1716 inhabitants.

The place is at an altitude of approx. 300 m south of Trindade. There are connecting roads to Santa Fé in the west and Pau-Sabão in the east.
