Crystal F (bourgeois Hauke ​​Schmidt ; * 1988 ; in Hameln ) is a German rapper . Along with Arbok 48 and Crack Claus, he is one of the three rappers of Ruffiction , owner of the independent label Ruffiction Productions and has released several solo albums.

Life

Hauke ​​Schmidt, who now lives in Berlin, grew up in Estorf near Nienburg and began making music professionally in 2004. In 2006 he met Crack Claus and Partisan and they decided to make music together. Crystal F, as Schmidt now called himself pseudonym, founded the label Ruffiction Productions as a side project, which was initially intended for his acquaintances, but was then used to create the rap group Doom & Death (also known as DAD) at the time still consisting of partisan, Phil and himself to market. At that time he lived in different places in Germany, moved around a lot until he finally moved to Berlin in 2009, where he still lives today. In 2007 he released the album Das wird ein Nacht as a free download with the then Ruffiction members , which was indexed by the Federal Testing Office for Media Harmful to Young People (BPjM) because of its violent lyrics . The label website was also blocked for several months. In 2009 Crystal F's first solo album Art of Death was released .

After the online EP Ruffradikal (2010), his second solo album X followed in 2012 . His album Scars , which was released on August 26, 2016, reached number 10 on the German album charts .

His lyrics describe violence and glorify excessive drug use.
