history

The company was founded on August 19, 1988 as curasan Pharma GmbH . On July 20, 2000, the name was changed to Curasan AG and the company went public on the Neuer Markt of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange . The share is traded in the General Standard and is included in the CDAX .

On February 23, 2020, the Board announced at the Local Court Aschaffenburg because of indebtedness a bankruptcy petition to ask. By decision of the local court, insolvency proceedings for the company's assets were opened on June 1, 2020.
