Custódio Belo (born August 8, 1951 ), fighting name Alin Laek ( German  has no little sister ) and Jaids Blayck , is an East Timorese freedom fighter and politician. He comes from Quelicai and is a member of the Partidu Libertasaun Popular PLP.

Belo took part in the East Timorese freedom struggle against the Indonesian occupation. He was regional political assistant and head of the Secretariat of the General Staff of the FALINTIL ( Estado Maior das Falintil EMF).

As interim president of the Commission for Honors ( tetum Komisaun Omenajen , Portuguese Comissão de Homenagens ), Belo is responsible, among other things, for examining claims for state aid as former fighters in the struggle for freedom. In 2012, he was stabbed in Tasitolu while trying to separate two fighting groups.

In 2017, Belo ran for the PLP in the parliamentary elections in East Timor 2017 with no chance at number 41 on the electoral list.

Belo is the holder of the Ordem da Guerrilha (2006) and the Collar des Ordem de Timor-Leste (2018).
