The Custer Ridge (also Mount Custer ) (8,630 ft (2,630 m)) is a mountain ridge in the North Cascades National Park in Washington state . It lies to the north of the national park and rises west of Silver Lake , 1.4 mi (2.3 km) north-northwest of Mount Spickard . The highest point along Custer Ridge is a peak tentatively called Mount Custer , which is near the southwest end of the ridge. Custer Ridge stretches across the border between Canada and the United States .
