Cynthia Plaster Caster

Cynthia Plaster Caster (* 1947 as Cynthia Albritton in Chicago , Illinois ) was a well-known groupie of various stars in the 1960s .

From her u. a. Sexual closeness to these stars developed her main occupation today: She makes impressions of the genitals of her male lovers and the rock stars who have come close to her and exhibits them as art objects. She began her career in 1968 with penis prints from rock stars (e.g. Jimi Hendrix and Noel Redding ), but later expanded the circle of her models to include other artists. From 2000 she also began archiving plaster casts of the breasts of female stars, including Peaches , Sally Timms ( Mekons ) and Lætitia Sadier ( Stereolab ).

In 2001 Jessica Villines filmed the documentary Plaster Caster . The rock group Kiss released the song Plaster Caster on their album Love Gun in 1977 .
