Cynthia Vanessa Vescan (born February 7, 1992 in Strasbourg ) is a French wrestler of Romanian descent.

Vescan was the only French woman wrestler to take part in the 2012 Olympic Games in London , but was eliminated in her opening match against Svetlana Sajenko . In April 2016, she won a qualifying tournament in Ulaanbaatar for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . There she started in freestyle in the class up to 75 kg and received a bye for the first round. In the last sixteen - her opening match - she was eliminated against the Belarusian Vasilisa Marzaliuk .
