Dólmen de Meixoeiro
The Dólmen de Meixoeiro (also called Dolmen de Cela; Dolmen de San Cosme; Dolmen das Minas; Dolmen de San Colmado or Mámoa de Meixoeiro) is a megalithic complex in O Porriño southeast of Vigo in Concello Mos in the province of Pontevedra near the Portuguese border in Galicia in Spain .
It was originally part of a necropolis of 12 dolmens , which with "As Pereiras", "Cela" and "San Cosme" is a continuation of the large necropolis of Alto de Rebullón (Annexes I + II) and As Xunqueiras (Xunqueiras II) .
The dolmen is located in the parking lot of the district sports complex. He was transferred while the sports facility was being built. The dolmen contains traces of rock paintings, but these are no longer recognizable.
