Dolzschen tunnel
The Dölzschen tunnel , in the course of the federal motorway 17 from the Dresden-West triangle of the federal motorway 4 to Dresden-Südvorstadt, is part of a combination of two tunnels and a connecting bridge to cross the Weißeritztal , here the Plauenschen Grund .
The Dölzschen tunnel consists of two tubes and crosses under the Dresden district of Dölzschen over a length of 1070 meters. Then in the direction of Prague follows the two-part four-lane Weißeritztal Bridge with a length of around 218 meters and the Coschützer Tunnel with a length of 2332 meters. The combination is the main part of the route between the Dresden-Gorbitz and Dresden-Südvorstadt departures . It is the most complex and expensive section of the BAB 17.
