Dülken-Land

Until 1927, Dülken-Land was a rural community in what was then the Kempen district in the Prussian Rhine Province . The former municipality is now part of the city of Viersen and the municipality of Schwalmtal in North Rhine-Westphalia .

history

The rural community of Dülken was also known as the parish of Dülken in the first half of the 19th century . Together with the actual city of Dülken, it belonged to the mayor's office of Dülken in the Kempen district.

On July 1, 1927, the rural community was dissolved. Most of the rural community was incorporated into the city of Dülken. Renneperstraße came to the municipality of Amern Sankt Georg and Brüggenerhütte to the municipality of Dilkrath .
