DC Daily is an American news program that has been shown on the DC Universe streaming platform since September 15, 2018 . The program aims to provide information on the latest developments in DC Comics in particular .

concept

DC Daily was designed as a newscast broadcast every weekday. The show will be moderated by Tiffany Smith, which will be supplemented by "Special Guests". There is extensive coverage of series, comics, and society related to DC Comics. The program includes so-called "headlines", "talks" and "reports". In the headlines, the daily news is briefly summarized, which can be analyzed in more detail in discussions in the talks. A specific topic is dealt with in more detail in the reports. This can be a detailed interview, but also a report about an upcoming series or an upcoming comic or film.

In April 2017, a streaming offer with material about DC Comics was announced, which later appeared under the name DC Universe . On August 22, 2018, it was announced that the new streaming portal would also include its own news program, titled DC Daily . In a livestream on August 29, 2018, moderated by Kevin Smith , it was announced that the show would be hosted by Tiffany Smith, with various co-moderators also hired. The show is shot from a 195 square meter studio. The studio was built for the show and is located in the Warner Bros. Digital Networks studio in Burbank , Los Angeles County .
