DC Tower 3
The DC Tower 3 is a residential tower that is being built in Vienna's 22nd district Donaustadt between Wagramer Strasse, Reichsbrücke and the U1 track .

In addition to the tower, a second building with nine floors and 130 apartments is being built.
The SB group sold the project to the US company Greystar Real Estate Partners .
