The Strabag-Haus is an office building in Donau City in Vienna . It was built between 2001 and 2003 according to plans by the architect Ernst Hoffmann and with the help of WED ( Wiener Entwicklungsgesellschaft für den Donauraum AG ). The main tenant is the Austrian construction company Strabag , which also has its headquarters here. The structure has a roof height of 45 m and a final height of 50 m and is therefore one of the lower structures in Donaucity.

There are a total of nine elevators in the Strabag building, including one freight elevator , two garage passenger elevators or visitor lifts , two safety elevators and four ordinary passenger elevators . The total usable area is 17,000 m², spread over eleven floors above ground. Three underground floors serve as a parking garage.
