The Tech Gate Vienna is a Science and Technology Park in the 22nd district of Vienna Donau City and was in the years 1999 to 2005, in two stages of construction, designed by Wilhelm Holzbauer and Sepp Frank in the district of Donau City built.

The gate component, which is around 26 meters high, was erected in the first phase between 1999 and 2001. With a gross floor area of 36,000 m², it has a lettable area of ​​15,000 m², spread over seven floors. In the second expansion phase, the approximately 75 meter high tower was built from 2004 to 2005. With a gross floor area of ​​18,000 m², this has a lettable area of ​​11,000 m², spread over 19 floors.
