DLF Limited ( D elhi L and & F inance) is a residential and commercial real estate company based in New Delhi, founded in 1946 by Raghuvendra Singh .
Companies
In 1957 the Delhi Development Authority took over control of the land and land management in the urban area of Delhi by means of the “Delhi Development Act” . The DLF then relocated its entrepreneurial activities to the suburb of Gurgaon . The so-called “DLF City” was also built here in the mid-1970s. Since 2007, DLF securities have been traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India .
