The building of the DZ Bank on Pariser Platz no. 3 in Berlin district of Mitte is an office, conference and residential building that between 1996 and 2001 to a design by Frank Gehry was built.

The offices of DZ Bank (formerly DG Bank ) are located on the side of the building facing the south of Pariser Platz, with a rather reserved, light sandstone facade . The apartments are on the rear side along Behrenstrasse . The facade here is designed in a wave-like manner and consists of several steps that recede upwards. Both areas are connected by a glass-covered inner courtyard, in the center of which there is a conference room in the form of a large vaulted sculpture, which extends over several floors.

The American Embassy building (Pariser Platz No. 2) and the headquarters of the Academy of Arts (Pariser Platz No. 4) are in the immediate vicinity . The Wrangel Palace , the birthplace of the poet Achim von Arnim , once stood on the site of the current building .
