Career

Daisuke Satō learned to play football in the youth team of the Urawa Red Diamonds and at Sendai University in Shibata . He signed his first contract with Global Makati in Makati in the Philippines . In 2016 he moved to Europe . Here he signed a contract with the Romanian first division club FC Politehnica Iași . Here he played until 2017 and was on the field 24 times. In 2017 he moved to AC Horsens in Denmark . After only three games, he went back to Romania in 2018 and joined Sepsi OSK Sfântu Gheorghe , a first division club from Sfântu Gheorghe . In July 2019 he moved to Thailand . Here he is under contract with the Thai League club Muangthong United .

National team

In 2014 Daisuke Satō played three times for the Philippines' U-21 national team . He has been part of the Philippine national team since 2014 . To date, he has played 45 times for the national team. He made his debut in the friendly against Nepal on April 11, 2014 .
