The Daka is a river in Ghana and a tributary of the Volta .

course

The river flows through the Northern Region , Savannah and Oti regions . It rises near the place Gushiago about 60 km northeast of Tamale and flows almost completely in a southerly direction into the Volta Lake .

The Daka flows through Yendi and, after around 160 km, flows into the north-western arm of Lake Volta as a border river between the Savannah and Oti regions near Grube and Golubi.
