The Dalian Greenland Center , even Greenland Plaza called, is a under construction skyscraper in Chinese Dalian (province of Liaoning ).

The construction of the skyscraper designed by the architecture office ECADI began in the summer of 2014 after the first plans for the construction project were published in 2010. According to the previous plans, the work should be completed in 2018, but the building is currently on a halt. With a height of 518 meters, the building would be one of the tallest in the world and by far the tallest in the city of Dalian. Offices, apartments and a hotel are planned on the 88 floors, which will offer around 287,000 square meters of floor space . The hotel is said to have 260 luxurious suites, while the residential apartments above are 265 in number. In addition, there will be a publicly accessible viewing platform at a height of 406 meters on one of the upper floors . 37 elevators with a speed of nine meters per second are to be installed inside the high-rise  . Architecturally, the building, the shape of which is slightly rounded on the outer walls, is characterized by a square hole in the upper area; similar to the Shanghai World Financial Center in Shanghai . According to the plans, the facade will be completely clad with glass .
