Damon Dash
Damon Dash (born May 3, 1971 in New York City ) is an American entrepreneur, actor and film producer .
Jay-Z's longtime business partner was the co-founder and CEO of Roc-A-Fella Records . Under Dash, Roc-A-Fella Records made the leap into other company areas with numerous company investments. He also founded the fashion label Rocawear Clothing and the production company Dash Films together with Jay-Z . After selling Roc-A-Fella Records , he founded the new label dashmusicgroup with artists such as Sizzla and Grafh .
He was with the singer for a year before Aaliyah's death .
Today he is married to the fashion designer Rachel Roy and has two daughters with her.
