Reviews

“An exciting documentary about people who want to experience the power of nature up close. Not only recommended for thunderstorm fans. "

- Simon Eberhard - outnow.ch

“DANCING WITH THE STORMS is an entertaining film that not only casts a spell over fans of weather phenomena and meteorologists. Even those who are not interested in the scientific aspect of weather phenomena cannot escape the appeal of the film: Because the focus is on people and their emotions. When it came to choosing the protagonists, Bürgi had a lucky hand, as the different types show that storm chasers cannot be easily put into drawers and that there are a wide variety of motifs and characters. "

- Stephan Sigg - nahaufnahme.ch

“The entertaining film tries to trace this fascination without getting really close to the protagonists; but he tells a lot about weather phenomena and meteorology. The passion with which Matthys and his colleagues chase after the forces of nature, on the other hand, can also be felt in the young director's cinematic approach. In DANCING WITH THE STORMS, Sturm und Drang are not limited to the storm chasers ?? which makes the video quite likeable. "
