Danica Radenković (born October 9, 1992 in Niš ) is a Serbian national volleyball player .

Career

At the beginning of her career, Radenković played for several Serbian clubs. Following her engagement at ŽOK Spartak, she moved to Italy for Rebecchi Piacenza for the 2012/13 season . The club was Italian champions and cup winners that season. Internationally, Piacenza reached the final of the Challenge Cup . Overall, Radenković played a subordinate role within the team and was only the second setter. In 2013 she moved to the German champions Schweriner SC . There she succeeded the setter Denise Hanke, who had moved to Istanbul . In her first season in Schwerin she was able to gain experience in the Champions League ; However, the club was eliminated from the competition in the preliminary round. Radenković also made it to the playoff quarterfinals of the Bundesliga and the semifinals of the DVV Cup with Schwerin . After the season she moved to the Polish club BPS Fakro Muszyna . After a year-long stint there, she moved to league rivals Trefl Sopot .

At the beginning of her career, Radenković was a Serbian junior national player and was able to remain in competition for a long time at several European championships. She was honored several times as the best setter.
