Daniel Adler (born April 16, 1958 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a former Brazilian sailor .
successes
Daniel Adler took part in the Soling boat class at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles . Together with Ronaldo Senfft , he was a crew member of helmsman Torben Grael and won the silver medal with them when they finished second thanks to 43.4 points behind the US boat and ahead of the Canadian boat. The following year he also secured silver with Adler and Grael at the World Championships in Sarnia . In 1988 in Seoul and 1992 in Barcelona , he also started at the Olympic regattas in Soling and in 1988, after finishing fifth four years later, he did not get past 13th place.
His father Harry Adler was also an Olympic sailor, as was his brother Alan Adler .
