Daniel Swetoslawow Dimow (also written Daniel Svetoslavov Dimov , Bulgarian Даниел Димов , born January 21, 1989 in Shabla ) is a Bulgarian football player .

Career

society

Dimow played for Cherno More Varna until 2010 , where he made his debut on September 15, 2006. At the age of 20 he moved to Levski Sofia and played there for three years. He scored eight goals in 73 championship games.

After the end of the 2013/14 season, Dimow left his home country for the first time and joined the Israeli club Maccabi Petach Tikwa . After 28 appearances and two goals, he moved to the second Turkish league for Denizlispor for the 2015/16 season . Here he signed a contract for two years. In the summer of 2016 he moved on to Manisaspor within the league . For this club he played the next one and a half seasons and moved to Cherno More Varna . In the summer he returned to Turkey and switched to Boluspor .

National team

Dimov ran during his time at Cherno More Varna for the Bulgarian U-19 and Bulgarian U-21 national football team . In October 2010 he was appointed to the squad by then coach of the senior national team Lothar Matthäus as part of the European Championship 2012 qualification against Wales and a friendly match against Saudi Arabia . Dimow was not used in either game, however.
