Daniel Endres (born May 16, 1985 in Offenbach am Main ) is a German football player in the position of goalkeeper .
Career
Endres began his football career with the youth team at Eintracht Frankfurt before moving to Kickers Offenbach an den Bieberer Berg in 1995. In the 2005/06 season Endres was not used in the second division as goalkeeper number three. On January 28, 2007 Endres played his first professional appearance in the 2-1 win of his team against TSV 1860 Munich . In the 2007/08 season he sparked the position battle for number 1 in goal with the then regular goalkeeper César Thier . In the summer of 2010, his contract was not renewed. After a year without a club, he was re-signed by the OFC in the summer of 2011. After Offenbach's forced relegation to the Southwest Regionalliga in 2013, coach Rico Schmitt selected him as the new number 1 goal. In the 2014/15 season he was with Kickers Offenbach champion of the Regionalliga Südwest, but failed in the promotion round to the 3rd division at 1. FC Magdeburg . His contract was not renewed at the end of the 2018/19 season. Daniel Endres then moved to league rivals Bayern Alzenau, and he made 20 league appearances in the 2019/2020 season.
After only one year in Alzenau, the goalkeeper moves to Frankfurt for FSV Frankfurt.
