The 2018/19 season of the Regionalliga Südwest was the eleventh season of the regional football league as the fourth-highest division in Germany. It was opened on July 27, 2018 with the game between Kickers Offenbach and SV Elversberg .
Season course
The SV Waldhof Mannheim returned after 16 years as a direct climbers in professional football back. The second championship in the five-track regional league was celebrated on matchday 30.
