The TSV Eintracht Stadtallendorf is a multi-division club from the central Hessian town of Stadtallendorf . In addition to the nationally successful football department , the club also offers badminton, handball, judo, athletics, swimming, gymnastics and volleyball.
history
The club was originally founded in 1920 as FV Eintracht Allendorf . In 1956 the merger with TSV Blau-Weiß Allendorf to TSV Eintracht Stadtallendorf took place .
The football department achieved its first national successes with promotions in the Hessian regional league in 1965 and 1970. After a renewed promotion in 1998, the club established itself there as a top team. Finally, in 2008, he was promoted to the Oberliga Hessen . The 2009/10 season ended in fourth place in the Hessenliga. In 2010/11, the team finished eighth at the end of the season. After a rather mixed season 2011/12 with a coach change from Stefan Hassler to Dragan Sicaja, the relegation could be averted, so that the season ended in 15th place. The 2012/13 season brought numerous ups and downs for Stadtallendorfer Eintracht. At the beginning of the season, after a miserable start between game days five and ten, they found themselves relegated. However, as one was able to recover quickly from these negative impressions, it was possible to take fourth place on matchday 27 and thus make the dreams of promotion to the regional league seem realistic. Finally, the season ended after falling performance at the end of the season in ninth place in the table. In addition to the solid ninth place, TSV Eintracht Stadtallendorf was able to record the success of providing the top scorer for the first time in its Hessenliga history - striker Ahmet Marankoz had scored the most goals in the past season 2012/13 with 27 goals. After the 2016/2017 season , the club rose to second place in the Hessenliga in the Southwest Football Regionalliga , which is the greatest success in the club's history to date.
