The FV Bad Vilbel is a football club with about 450 members from the nearby hills north of Frankfurt Bad Vilbel . The club founded on March 30, 1919 has the club colors green and white. The first team of FV Bad Vilbel played from 1992 to 2007 as the longest-serving club in the Oberliga Hessen . After 15 years, the club rose in 2007 to the Hessian Landesliga Süd (now Verbandsliga Süd ). The club plays its home games in the Nidda sports field with a capacity of 6,000 spectators, which also has a small grandstand.
