The 2018/19 DFB Junior Club Cup was the 33rd edition of this competition. The competition ended on May 24, 2019 with the final of RB Leipzig against VfB Stuttgart in Potsdam , which Stuttgart won 2-1 and thus achieved its third cup victory. It was the second edition in which 32 clubs participated. In addition to the A-Junior Cup winners of the 21 regional associations of the DFB, the defending champions, the A-Junior champions and the three best-placed teams of all three seasons of the A-Junior Bundesliga took part.

1 TuS Komet Arsten for Werder Bremen, which was qualified for the championship.
2The Offenburg FV was declared the runners-for cup winners SC Freiburg since Freiburg had already qualified as the defending champion.
3In the Thuringian Football Association , the participants in the A-Juniors Bundesliga and Regional League ( FC Carl Zeiss Jena and FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt ) did not take part in the association cup. Rot-Weiß Erfurt prevailed as the winner of a play-off between these two teams in another play-off against cup winner Wacker Nordhausen .
4thThe SC Paderborn 07 moved up as the inferior finalist for the cup winners FC Schalke 04, as Schalke was already qualified via the relay placement.
5 RB Leipzig moved up for the champions of the Northeast season, Hertha BSC, as Berlin was already qualified as A-Junior champions.
