With the A-youth of the sixties , the striker played as the winner of the season south / south-west for the German U19 championship in the 2015/16 season , but the team failed in the semi-finals at the eventual champions Dortmund .

For the 2016/17 regional league season , Daferner was appointed to the second team of TSV 1860 , where he played all of his first six games before he was out until May 2017 due to a torn cruciate ligament.

After the descent of the first team in the regional league followed for the little lions of relegation to turn Bayern League for season 2017/18 , Daferner changed subsequently in the summer of 2017 to SC Freiburg , the Regional team he henceforth strengthened. At the end of the 2017/18 season , participation in the promotion games to the 3rd division was just missed.

On the 30th matchday of the Bundesliga 2018/19 , the striker came on in the 66th minute for Florian Niederlechner and made his debut in the top German division in the 0: 4 home defeat against Borussia Dortmund .

For the second division season 2019/20 , FC Erzgebirge signed Aue Daferner on loan. With the Saxons he did not get past Pascal Testroet and Jan Hochscheidt in the attack and was mainly active as a supplementary player in 22 competitive games (one hit) for the club.

In August 2020, the attacker switched to SG Dynamo Dresden , who had been relegated to the 3rd division , where he received a three-year contract.
