Paul Will (born March 1, 1999 in Biedenkopf ) is a German soccer player . He is under contract with Dynamo Dresden and is a U20 national player .

Career

In 2015, Will moved from TSG Wieseck to the youth department of 1. FC Kaiserslautern , where he immediately established himself as a regular in the U17 Bundesliga South / Southwest . After the actual six in the U19 of 1. FC Kaiserslautern was ordered to the position of central defense at the end of 2016, he made his breakthrough there too and ultimately proved himself to be the team's captain in the U19 Bundesliga South / Southwest . In May 2018, Will was in the final of the 2017/18 DFB Junior Club Cup with Kaiserslautern , the game was lost 2-1 to the U19s of SC Freiburg .

In the summer of 2018, Will switched to the amateurs of FC Bayern Munich in the fourth-class Regionalliga Bayern , where he quickly established himself as a regular.

On September 19, 2018, Will was in the professional squad in the UEFA Champions League in the game against Benfica Lisbon , which he spent without a minute on the bench. Before that, he had already played a few minutes on the professional team in friendly matches in the USA.

After the championship title in the Regionalliga Bayern 2018/19 and promotion to the 3rd division , Will was regularly used in the third division 2019/20 season with the FC Bayern Amateurs and won the championship title at the end of the season.

For the 2020/21 season, Will moved to Dynamo Dresden within the 3rd division .

National team

Will played two international matches for the U20 national team ; for this he made his debut on September 7, 2018 in Spiesen-Elversberg in a 3-2 victory over the national team of the Czech Republic. His second appearance as a national player ended with the same result on October 16, 2018 in Emden against the Swiss national team.
