Daniel Graf (born August 3, 1977 in Kaiserslautern ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

He learned to play football as a native of Kaiserslautern in the youth team of 1. FC Kaiserslautern . Here he played from 1984 to 1994 in the F-youth to the B-youth. In his first A-year he moved to FC 08 Homburg for one season . As early as 1995 he moved back to Kaiserslautern in the second year of his A youth. After completing the youth, he moved to the second team of the FCK. In 1998/99 he played two games for the first team, in the same season he was the top scorer of the Regionalliga West / Südwest as a player in the amateur team . Graf then moved to the second division club SC Fortuna Köln and scored five goals in 24 games. Between 2000 and 2003 he was active at Karlsruher SC and Kickers Offenbach in the Regionalliga and the Second Bundesliga, after which he played for Eintracht Braunschweig . After two cruciate ligament tears within two years and a total of four groin operations , he ended his career in January 2007. Graf had a total of two appearances in the Bundesliga and played 112 times in the second division . He scored 20 goals. There are also 73 appearances in the regional league (22 goals). From July 1, 2008 until the end of the 2017/18 season, Daniel Graf was player-trainer at SV Steinwendi in the district class Middle / West Palatinate, with whom he was promoted to the district league in his first season and three years later to the regional league. At the end of the 2017/18 season, Graf was able to celebrate promotion to the Association League Southwest with Steinwend. He then moved to the future league competitor SV Morlautern as a coach.
